Job Summary
Create and oversee visual content across four Marriott properties, including photography, videography, reels, and stories; assist with graphic design and artwork for social channels; ensure brand integrity and consistency with Marriott Hotels & Resorts standards; manage and deliver engaging, trend-aware content, campaigns, and social media assets for Amman properties; coordinate shoots, editing, and content calendars; collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate branding objectives into compelling visual stories; operate on-site full-time across the four hotels, with strong emphasis on branding, typography, photography, videography, and layout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in social media, marketing, and visual communications
- 2+ years of experience in video production, photography, video editing and graphic design
- Experience in a fast paced environment and ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
- Understanding of Marriott International brand principles & marketing standards
- Fluent in written and verbal English; Arabic a plus
- Proficient with Photography and Videography equipment; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere Pro)
