Job Summary
Oversee and manage engineering/maintenance operations across two hotel properties (Moxy Phu Quoc Hon Thom and Fairfield by Marriott Phu Quoc Hon Thom). Responsible for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with emphasis on safety, security and asset protection; budget and capital expenditure management; preventative maintenance and energy conservation; regulatory compliance; and leading the emergency response team. Core duties include supervising engineering staff, maintaining equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems), planning maintenance programs, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction, and fostering collaboration to achieve property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing; OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
