Multi-Property Assistant Training Manager

Job Summary
Oversees the design, development, and delivery of training programs across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. Identifies employee and organizational development needs, conducts needs assessments, creates both custom and corporate training, and measures program effectiveness to drive ROI. Leads programs focused on product knowledge, company philosophy, guest service, and leadership—promoting excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Manages training budgets, tracks enrollment and attendance, partners with operational leaders to close performance gaps, and embeds adult learning principles into training initiatives to improve service performance and achieve key business indicators.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
- OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
