Multi-Property Assistant Director of Marketing

Job Summary
Directs and executes hotel-wide marketing and communications efforts for multiple properties, focusing on on-brand messaging, annual marketing plans, and targeted campaigns across traditional, digital, and social channels. Oversees F&B promotions targeting in-house guests and local patrons, coordinates with Operations, Sales, and Revenue Management to ensure integrated programs, manages PR and media relationships, and drives email marketing and display advertising. Collaborates with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to align online programs with sales strategies while maintaining brand voice and delivering measurable ROIs. Provides marketing leadership, trains GM and leadership teams, and coordinates with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaigns and outcomes across property marketing, eCommerce performance, and PR efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
- OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
