Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in X-ray and CT modalities, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Explain procedures to patients, verify information, and prepare for examinations. Operate X-ray and CT equipment safely, produce accurate diagnostic images, and maintain competency across procedures. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to support timely patient diagnosis and treatment while adhering to radiation safety standards and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Must be registered with ARRT in Radiography (R) and in Computed Tomography (C).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in diagnostic imaging & CT; preferred in emergency, pediatric, and orthopedic exams.
- Must adhere to radiation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
