Job Summary
Operate radiologic imaging equipment across multiple modalities (x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and/or mammography) to support diagnostic objectives. Perform at least three modalities regularly, safely transport and position patients, prepare contrast agents, and ensure imaging procedures meet departmental and regulatory standards. Maintain required BLS and state licensure, and hold ARRT-equivalent certifications for radiography and at least one other modality. Safely manage equipment and participate in mobile imaging as needed; comply with vaccination requirements and E-Verify as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology: Required
- BLS certification: Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required
- ARRT certification: Required
- Must have current certification in at least one modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, NM, Sonography, PET, etc.) and able to perform duties in at least one other modality: Required
- ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
- ARRT-CT/ARRT-M/ARRT-MRI or equivalent certifications: Required
- ARRT-CT/Mammography/MRI etc. or equivalent: Required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- ARRT certification (required)
- ARRT-CT/ARRT-M/ARRT-MRI or equivalent modality certifications (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Radiologic Technologist licensure in state of practice (required)
- Three years' technical experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform at least three imaging modalities (x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, mammography, etc.) (required)
