Job Summary
Multi-Modality Specialist, full-time, rotating shift, responsible for operation of x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment; perform at least three modalities regularly; supports achievement of department objectives and goals; requires coordinating mobile imaging, contrast preparation, and safety checks; licensed and certified across modalities with BLS and ARRT credentials; includes ongoing vaccination requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice: Required
- ARRT certification: Required
- Must have a current certification in at least one modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, PET) or eligible/transferable certification: Required
- ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or equivalent certification: Required
- ARRT-CT or ARRT-M or ARRT-MRI or ARRT-S or ARDMS/ARMRIT/others as applicable: Required
- Facility-specific licensure/certifications as per AH policy: Required
