Job Summary
Operates x-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment; performs three modalities competently; supports departmental objectives and goals; safely transports and transfers patients; prepares contrast agents for imaging procedures; conducts mobile imaging as needed; maintains equipment and adheres to vaccination and E-Verify requirements; SEIU represented.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology: Required
- BLS certification: Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) license in state of practice: Required
- ARRT certification: Required
- Must have current certification in at least one modality and be able to perform duties in at least one other advanced modality (CT, M, MRI, NM, S, PET): Required
- ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
- ARRT-CT (ARRT-CT) or ARRT-Mammography (ARRT-M) or ARRT-MRI (ARRT-MRI) or equivalent registrations: Required
- ARRT-Sonography (ARRT-S) or ARDMS/CE certifications or related: Required
- ARRT certifications with additional modality credentials or related professional registrations: Required
- Basic Life Support certification per AH policy: Required
Desired Qualifications
- Radiologic Technologist experience
