Multi-Modality Specialist (Full-time, Rotating Shift)

Job Summary
Operate and support radiology imaging modalities including x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography to help the department meet objectives. Performs three modalities regularly and ensures safe patient transport, contrast preparation, and readiness of emergency equipment. Maintains compliance with certification requirements and supports mobile imaging as needed. Requires an Associate’s Degree in radiologic technology; BLS certification; state license as Radiologic Technologist; ARRT certification; and current modality credentials with the ability to perform at least one additional advanced modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, NM, Sonography, PET, etc.). Will work in a hospital imaging department environment with adherence to vaccination policies and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Radiologic Technologist license in state of practice (Required)
- ARRT certification (Required)
- Current certification in at least one modality and ability to perform duties in at least one other modality (CT/Mammography/MRI/Nuclear Medicine/Sonography/S etc.) (Required)
- ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or equivalent (Required)
- ARRT-CT or ARRT-M or equivalent or other recognized modality certification (Required)
- Facility-specific required certifications (BLS, policy-compliant) (Required)
