Job Summary
Meeting sales goals while delivering a professional, upbeat customer experience at a tanning salon. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, educating on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, handling opening/closing duties, completing daily administrative paperwork, and guiding first-time customers to rooms and demonstrating tanning equipment. Position supports entry-level training in sales, leadership, and customer service, with guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus team-based contests and benefits. Must be able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
