Job Summary
Entry-level Retail Sales Associate responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals through professional, upbeat customer consultations and education on tanning practices and retail items. Duties include maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing procedures, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to treatment rooms and demonstrating equipment. Opportunities for growth through training, commissions, bonuses, and a team-oriented environment; includes on-the-job sales training and off-site trainings.
