Job Summary
Retail sales associate for a tanning salon responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and products, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and showing how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and participating in off-site sales trainings to support team goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
