Job Summary
Represent our brand in a salon environment, meet sales goals, consult with customers on tanning products and safety, educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean salon, handle opening/closing duties, complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walk customers to rooms and show them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and participate in off-site sales trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
