Multi Location Retail Sales Associate role focused on achieving sales goals in a tanning/retail salon. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and demonstrating tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales trainings.
