Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing business, handling daily administrative paperwork, and walking customers to their rooms to demonstrate tanning equipment. Requires participation in training, attendance at off-site sales and job trainings, and a team-oriented, fun environment with opportunities for growth, commissions, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
