Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist

Provide customer service to wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Resolve customer concerns promptly, maintain high product quality and visual standards in-store, and help achieve the store’s sales goals. Duties include cash handling and access to payment methods; mandatory criminal history review to protect customers, staff, and operations. This full-time role is based at Store #3161 (Skokie, IL) with ~20% time spent covering hours at Des Plaines, Niles, and Peterson Park stores.
