Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist - Centennial Stores

Answer customer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, recommend solutions, and promptly resolve concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining high visual standards. Achieve excellent customer service and consistently meet store sales goals. This full-time role is located at three Centennial, CO stores and requires access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information.
