Job Summary
Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. Educate customers on tanning practices and retail items, walk them through equipment usage, and provide guidance on product selections and memberships. Maintain a clean, organized salon and handle opening/closing duties along with daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Participate in off-site sales trainings and ongoing training programs (customer service, entry-level sales and leadership training). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
