Job Summary
Represent a beauty and tanning brand in a customer-facing salon role focused on meeting sales goals through consultative customer interactions, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming salon environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to use tanning equipment, and participating in off-site sales trainings. Requires strong communication, goal-oriented mindset, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
