Job Summary
Meet sales goals through a professional, upbeat customer experience. Consult with customers to educate them on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean and organized salon, and perform opening/closing duties and daily administrative tasks. Provide guidance on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales to drive commissions and bonuses. Participate in off-site sales trainings and develop growth through entry-level sales and leadership training opportunities. Join a team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on customer service, goal tracking, and ongoing training in goals setting and achievement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
