Job Summary
Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals; educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail skincare items; maintain a clean and organized salon; perform opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork; walk customers to rooms and assist beginners with tanning equipment; participate in off-site trainings and sales contests; benefit from entry-level sales and leadership training and growth opportunities in a team-oriented, energetic environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ with reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Located in Riverside, CA at an established salon under West Coast Tanning.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
