Job Summary
Beauty Consultant sought to meet sales goals through consultative customer interactions in a salon setting. Responsibilities include educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, driving commission-based sales of products, packages, upgrades and memberships, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling opening/closing duties, managing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding first-time users on tanning equipment.
