Job Summary
Consult customers on tanning products and skincare in a salon setting, meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintain a clean and organized salon, perform opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork, walk customers to rooms and assist first-time users with tanning equipment, and participate in off-site trainings; role emphasizes commission-based product, package, upgrade, and membership sales with entry-level sales and leadership training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
