Job Summary
Beauty and wellness sales consultant needed for a team-oriented salon environment. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding first-time customers through tanning equipment usage. The role involves walking customers to rooms, attending off-site trainings, and contributing to a fun, growth-focused team atmosphere. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18, ability to stand/walk for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
