Job Summary
Beauty and wellness sales consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and assisting first-time users with tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Ideal candidates will have entry-level sales/customer service training, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with guaranteed commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus bonus opportunities and benefits.
