Job Summary
Beauty and wellness sales consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding first-time users on tanning equipment, attending off-site sales and job trainings, and working in a team-oriented environment with entry-level sales training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
