Job Summary
Sold tanning and skincare products in-salon settings while educating customers on safe tanning practices; consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals; provide professional, upbeat customer service, conduct product/video consults, and guide customers through salon visits; maintain a clean, organized salon and handle opening/closing duties; perform daily administrative paperwork and track goals; escort customers to treatment rooms and assist first-time users with tanning equipment; participate in off-site sales trainings and field trainings; growth opportunities within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment guiding customers toward memberships and retail upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
