Job Summary
Multi Location Beauty and Wellness Sales Consultant responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and demonstrating tanning equipment for first-time users, and participating in off-site sales trainings. The role emphasizes a competitive commission structure, customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, and ongoing training and development in a fast-paced salon environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
