Multi-Lingual Training Coordinator

Conduct on-boarding and support training initiatives for exempt and factory hourly employees, including external and internal hiring and employee relations efforts. Assist with planning and organizing community recruiting events. Work the 1st shift from Monday-Thursday, 6am-3:30pm, and Friday, 6am-10am, with overtime on Fridays as needed. Compensation starts at $24.75/hr, including a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments at 30 and 90 days.
