Job Summary
Multiline Representative at the Lori Henry State Farm Agency is an in-office, sales-focused role responsible for driving new business through outbound activity, lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting; quoting, presenting, and closing policies across auto, home, renters, life, and health; conducting needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage; managing a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up; overcoming objections and closing with urgency; meeting and exceeding production goals in an in-office environment; and collaborating with agency leadership to support growth. Licensing support is provided for candidates who need to obtain required licenses. The ideal candidate has insurance or sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a coachable, results-driven attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
- Active Life & Health license preferred
- Willingness to obtain required licenses if not licensed
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in-office with accountability, professionalism, and urgency
- Comfortable with outbound sales activity, prospecting, and asking for business
