Job Summary
Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with established standards and laws. Establish reserves, review and negotiate disputed invoices, and authorize payments within defined authority levels. Assist in selecting outside vendors, monitor subrogation claims, and prepare reports detailing claim status and reserves. Conduct claim reviews, attend hearings or mediations, and communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and vendors throughout the adjustment process. Handle complex multi-line claims with minimum supervision while maintaining strict compliance with corporate standards and state laws.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years multi-line claim experience
- Adjusters license
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
- Experience handling municipal claims
