Job Summary
ML Aide provides one-on-one and small-group linguistic, academic, socio-cultural, and socio-emotional support to students under the supervision of the ML teacher. Responsibilities include adapting activities and materials, developing teaching aids, proctoring tests and assisting with homework, supporting lesson delivery, documenting instructional services, facilitating ILP objectives, promoting a safe and inclusive environment, fostering parental involvement, and coordinating with school personnel. The role involves working across multiple locations within the school building and supporting students to reinforce learning concepts and study habits. Bilingual Spanish candidates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year or 4 year degree in Education preferred
- Experience working with school age children in a school setting
- Bilingual (spanish) candidate preferred
