Job Summary
Plan and schedule multi-family construction projects, coordinating with project managers to ensure on-track delivery for projected completion dates. Schedule manpower daily, weekly, and monthly while managing labor, material, and equipment costs through weekly evaluations. Oversee documentation, quality control, and safety on site, ensuring an organized environment and maintaining relationships with local officials. Manage and mentor subordinates including foremen and carpenters, while preparing daily reporting and photo documentation in Procore. This role requires significant field experience in commercial construction and multi-family markets, with a focus on successful project delivery and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-family market experience
- Significant experience with at least 10 years as a manager of commercial construction activities in the field

- Working knowledge of email and MS Office
