Multifamily Property Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential property, driving high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property maintenance. Manages leasing activities, oversees on-site staff, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include overseeing leasing strategies, approving rental applications, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, marketing the property, maintaining positive tenant relations, enforcing lease terms, coordinating maintenance, preparing operating budgets, managing accounts payable/receivable, monitoring rent collection, hiring/training on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations. Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) and strong communication skills are essential.
