The Multi-Family Property Manager will oversee all on-site operations of a Grand Prairie, TX apartment community, ensuring quality living environments, strong team performance, and a stable return on investment. Responsibilities include managing payroll and financial records, leasing operations to maintain high occupancy, rent collection and delinquency management, budgeting and adherence to accounting policies, supervising and coaching staff, coordinating with outside contractors, handling move-ins/move-outs and inspections, maintaining property condition and safety, coordinating with the Regional Manager on budget planning, and supporting marketing initiatives to attract residents. Qualifications require 2 years of on-site multi-family management experience, knowledge of OneSite and Knock preferred, and demonstrated financial management and collections experience; candidates must be available for full-time, Monday–Friday work. Skills emphasized include leadership, tenant relations, regulatory compliance (Fair Housing), financial reporting, vendor coordination, and collaboration with regional leadership.
