Job Summary
Construction Project Manager for multi-family rehabilitation and CIPP projects in the Washington DC Metro Area. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing rehabilitation construction projects from conception to completion within schedule and budget; communicating with clients to manage expectations; overseeing CIPP rehabilitation projects including site assessments, material selection, and installation; coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations; developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using scheduling software; monitoring progress and providing updates; performing inspections for quality control; resolving on-site issues with a focus on safety and efficiency; training and mentoring team members on plumbing techniques, CIPP processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certifications in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in Construction Project Management or CIPP project execution (minimum of 5+ years)
- Master's Plumbing License is a huge plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
- Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily plumbing systems and relevant industry regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ASCE, AWWA, PACP, NASSCO) preferred
