Job Summary
MDU Sales Executive role responsible for owning relationships with GFiber partners (property developers, managers, HOAs) to grow inventory of residential and commercial properties and drive adoption of GFiber services through outside field sales. Responsibilities include managing the sales funnel from prospecting to close, hosting HOA/property meetings and networking events, coordinating site surveys and customer acquisition tasks with cross-functional teams, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and leveraging CRM and promotional activities (cold calling, mailers, warm follow-ups). Ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales negotiations, contracts/access agreements experience, and funnel management in a 30–90 day cycle; valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle checks. Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $106,669 annually (base $64,000 + uncapped bonus) plus benefits. Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Mesa, Arizona, United States.
