Job Summary
Own relationships with GFiber partners who own individual or small portfolios of properties to drive bulk sales from engagement, contract negotiation, and billing setup. Lead and manage the sales process from start to completion while building strong relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders; host HOA or property meetings and attend networking events to promote the GFiber brand. Understand GFiber’s network and be able to explain it to new residential properties and commercial clients; understand bulk billing systems and processes. Maintain a healthy sales funnel through promotional activities (cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, networking). Support cross-functional teams in coordinating site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales. Demonstrate foundational sales knowledge and relationship development; at least 2 years of experience in sales negotiations/relationship management, contracts or access agreements, and funnel management in a 30- to 90-day cycle. Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check. This role offers competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $93,335 annually ($56,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) + benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of sales negotiations experience and/or relationship management
- 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements working cross-functionally
- 2 years of experience with funnel management in a 30 to 90 day sale cycle
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards
