Multi-Dealership General Manager

Job Summary
Oversee multiple dealership locations by following daily checklists, mentoring leadership teams, and standardizing operational processes while managing inventory levels for seasonally demanding products. Monitor KPIs, sales performance, fixed operations, and profitability across all sites, allocating resources to maximize growth and ensure compliance with health, safety, and government inspection requirements. Build strong customer relationships, provide training for forward positions, and manage several customer needs simultaneously under pressure. Requires open availability Monday to Saturday with earnings tied directly to driving profitability and operational excellence across the Pembroke area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry
- Sales experience
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by all relevant safety requirements
- Positive Teamwork Attitude
- Strong computer & leadership skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be available from Monday to Saturday
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
