Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system failures; perform emergency repairs, planned maintenance, and equipment overhauls; execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency; read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and maintenance documentation; utilize CMMS to maintain maintenance records and work orders; troubleshoot and adjust automated production equipment, robotic systems, welding equipment, material handling systems, and other manufacturing processes; support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction; communicate status and progress with production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams; operate and safely use maintenance tools and resources; willingness to work overtime and respond to equipment emergencies as needed.
