Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician - Night (12hr Shift/2-2-3)

Job Summary
Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Team Leader to guide and develop a team of maintenance professionals while ensuring optimal performance of production equipment. In this role, you'll support equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. You'll collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to implement preventive maintenance programs, resolve complex issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience; strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and controls systems including PLC programming and HMI configuration; CMMS software experience (SAP, Maximo); GMP compliance knowledge; ability to read technical drawings; project management and communication skills; and the ability to work in a 6pm-6am night shift with PPE in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams and operations
- Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and controls systems including PLC programming and HMI configuration
- Proficiency with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo) and maintenance planning systems
- Experience with GMP compliance and documentation requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance procedures
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, 5S)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in manufacturing environments
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Experience leading safety initiatives and compliance programs
- Must be able to work in cleanroom environments and use required PPE
