Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced production and facility equipment while executing preventative and predictive maintenance activities to reduce downtime. Maintain proper logs, enter work orders into the Advanced Maintenance Management System, and manage stockroom spare parts for all machinery. Diagnose malfunctions using programmable logic controllers, perform instrumentation calibrations, and conduct minor welding, fabrication, and electrical testing. Partner with Process Engineers and Machine Operators to solve problems through root cause analysis and support continuous improvement work groups. Adhere to all safety rules, participate in incident investigations, and maintain a zero Safety and Environmental Health incident culture. Requires CMRT certification, 5 years of manufacturing experience, and ability to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma / G.E.D
- 5 years of manufacturing multi-craft maintenance experience
- 5 years military experience in a technical field
- Associate's Degree in a technical field
- two years of manufacturing experience
- CMRT certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- experience in computerized maintenance management program
- Ability to work any shift (weekends, holidays, and overtime)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
