Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (2nd shift)

Job Summary
Maintain and improve reliability of automation and facilities equipment in a distribution-center environment. Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on conveyors, sorters, packaging, and facility systems; read electrical and mechanical schematics; use CMMS to document activities; diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLCs, and 3-phase equipment; perform PMs and lubrication; replace belts, chains, filters, fuses, and wear parts; install/repair mechanical drives, gearboxes, and components; utilize infrared thermography and vibration analysis for diagnostics; work independently or with a team on high-volume operations; adhere to safety and Lean/6S principles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical certifications or coursework in electrical or mechanical systems preferred
- 1–3 years (Tech I) or 3+ years (Tech II) industrial maintenance experience
- Proven ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in all facility areas
