Job Summary
Perform multi-core analysis aligned with AC‐20‐193 guidance, developing or executing micro-benchmarks to analyze system performance and hardware or software interference. Drive mitigation solutions for undesired behavior in safety-critical environments using embedded hardware development and verification experience. Requires advanced to expert knowledge typically obtained through a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- U.S. Person status (lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, refugee, or asylee)
- Experience with multi-core processor products in safety-critical environments
- Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) experience in safety-critical environments
- Embedded hardware development and verification experience
- Experience or knowledge of AC‐20‐193 (previously CAST‐32A)
- Experience defining hardware interference channels
- Advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (for University Degree holders)
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience (for Advanced Degree holders)
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems
Desired Qualifications
- Embedded system design and verification experience
- Experience analyzing system behavior and performance impacts in multi-core architectures
- Background developing benchmarks or micro-benchmarks for embedded systems to test and analyze a multi-core platform
