Job Summary
Drive and develop a well-qualified multi-cloud database services pipeline for Oracle in the India West region. Build opportunities with enterprise customers running Oracle Database workloads, leveraging hyperscaler platforms, and modernizing data platforms. Lead customer discovery to understand business priorities, technical challenges, cloud strategy, workload requirements, and commercial drivers. Collaborate with Data Platform sales colleagues, solution engineers, and cloud architects to shape proposals, value narratives, and customer presentations. Create and execute territory and customer development plans, progressing opportunities from demand creation through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Support customer adoption and expansion by identifying workload growth and follow-on multi-cloud database use cases. Bring strong enterprise technology sales experience, including creating demand, building pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and effective stakeholder engagement across CIOs, CTOs, cloud leaders, data platform owners, architects, finance, and procurement.
