Job Summary

Multi-Cloud Sales Specialist in India responsible for building a well-qualified pipeline for Oracle’s multi-cloud database services. Partner with Oracle Data Platform sales, solution engineers, cloud architects, and partner teams to drive opportunities across Oracle Database workloads on hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Lead customer discovery to understand business priorities, technical challenges, cloud strategy, workload requirements, and commercial drivers; develop value narratives and proposals; and drive opportunities from demand creation through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Engage senior enterprise customers (CIOs, CTOs, cloud leaders, data platform owners) and work across sales, technical, and leadership stakeholders to position Oracle Multi-Cloud solutions around outcomes such as performance, security, availability, modernization, and operational flexibility. Track and develop plans across India, enabling adoption and expansion by identifying growth use cases and follow-on opportunities. Requirements include strong enterprise sales experience, ability to manage complex cycles, and familiarity with Oracle Database or similar solutions, plus cloud familiarity (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Preferred qualifications include experience selling Oracle Database or related solutions and experience with hyperscaler partnerships and cloud-marketplace motions.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven ability to create demand, build pipeline, and progress opportunities
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of Oracle Database or comparable enterprise database/data platform solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Strong consultative selling skills (discovery, value articulation, stakeholder mapping, objection handling)
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, technical, partner, and leadership stakeholders
  • Commercial discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
