Job Summary
Provide technical support for customer broadcast systems and handle programming responsibilities across multi-cloud environments. Configure AWS APIs, manage Linux and Android operating systems, and perform system administration tasks including patching, server installs, and firmware upgrades. Automate dynamo table updates, troubleshoot cloud platforms, and input on troubleshooting toolsets using Python, C++, Perl, and Windows shell scripting. Support federal agency missions by installing, configuring, and operating broadcast equipment while maintaining high data security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements
- Demonstrated experience with AWS and cloud services to include API configurations
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell
- Demonstrated experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android
- Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl
- Demonstrated experience with System Administration such as Linux RHEL, patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware/patch levels
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud Engineering such as familiarity with media live, automating dynamo table updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets

Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with analog and digital communications with Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio
- Demonstrated experience with video codecs and streaming technologies
- Demonstrated experience with video encoding equipment and processes
- Demonstrated experience with specific broadcast systems such as a specialized FM radio system and the Clients TV and radio signal devices such as scalable portable remote devices
- Demonstrated experience with IP network routing and switching
- Demonstrated experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment
