Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls, email, chat, and social media interactions to address customer needs. Facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues while providing product support, solutions, and additional product information. Validate orders, complete data entry, and assist in testing new surveys and processes. Ensure accurate and timely resolution to maintain customer retention and loyalty. Full- and part-time hours available including evenings and weekends.
