Multi-cert NDT Level II Technician (RT/MT/PT/UTT)

Job Summary
Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment, then conduct inspections to detect discontinuities using RT, MT, PT, UTT, VT, and PMI methods. Establish examination techniques adhering to safety regulations and apply testing criteria per applicable standards. Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators while organizing and reporting results. Perform specialized inspections and may instruct or supervise others. Travel up to 75% throughout New Castle, DE, including Fab Shops, Petro-Chem, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries, Pipelines, and Pharmaceuticals. This callout/travel position requires a Level II certified technician with technical background in NDT methods, report writing experience, and ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Level II RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT/PMI any combination
- Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
- Knowledge of NDT equipment
- Experience in report writing
- Must be able to travel up to 75% throughout New Castle, DE and surrounding areas
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
