Job Summary
Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment, then conduct tests to detect discontinuities using RT, MT, PT, UTT, or VT methods. Establish examination techniques while adhering to safety regulations, and apply testing criteria to evaluate results from radiographs, digital readouts, and visual indicators. Organize and report test findings, perform specialized inspections, and may instruct or supervise others. Travel up to 90% across Neenah, WI, and surrounding industrial sites including refineries, pipelines, and chemical plants. This callout/travel position offers relocation assistance for qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Level II RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT (any combination)
- Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
- Knowledge of NDT equipment
- Experience in report writing
- Must be able to travel up to 90% throughout Neenah, WI and surrounding areas
